• What exactly is "Virgin Hair"?

  Virgin Hair:

  Virgin hair is hair that has never been processed or treated with ANY kind of chemicals. The hair is in its natural state with its cuticles running in the same direction and in tact. You can bleach it, dye it, and process Virgin hair just as you would your own.

• What does "Grade 5A or AAAAA" mean?

  "Excellent" quality with minimal to no tangling and shedding. This hair can last 12 months or more with proper care and maintenance.
  Believe it or not; there are people that have used the same hair for over 2 years with the proper care!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most orders will be processed and ready to ship in 3-4 business days.

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 4 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 2 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! However, shipping rates may vary and please allow additional shipping time.

  We make every effort to keep the price of quality hair extensions we provide as fair as possible.

  Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  Prices will increase ONLY if their is an increase in our cost initiated by our supplier and / or courier.

• Brazilian Hair?

  Brazilian hair is extremely luxurious and soft with lots of body and natural shine with a low to medium lusture. This texture is easiest to blend with most ethnicities from some Caucasian textures to African American relaxed textures.
  Because of the natural density (thickness) of Brazilian hair, you may not want to use as many bundles as you would normally use with other textures to create a full look; with this hair, less is more. Also because of its density, it is less likely to frizz and will hold curls longer than Indian or Malaysian textures. This hair is extremely versatile and simply amazing!

  We provide this hair in Natural Straight, Loose Wave, Body Wave and Deep Wave.
  Lengths from 12 - 26 inches.

• Cambodian Hair?

  The quality of this hair is Soft, Silky and Smooth with a natural shine. It has a slightly thick texture and is a good match with some Caucasian, Hispanic, and relaxed African American hair.
  It can be shampooed, conditioned, blow dried, straightened curled and styled as you would your own hair! With proper maintenance, the hair can be used several times over and can last up to 1 year!

  We provide this hair in Deep Wave.
  Lengths from 12 - 30 inches.

• Eurasian Hair?

  The density and fullness of Eurasian hair is similar to Brazilian hair; however the texture is more distinguished and refined. Eurasian hair is very soft, smooth, and silky in texture. This hair is from women that are of mixed European and Asian ancestry.

  We provide this hair in Straight and Body Wave.
  Lengths from 12 - 36 inches.

• Malaysian Hair?

  Malaysian hair has an extremely luxurious feel and is sleek and shiny, but not excessively shiny. Its luster is low to medium-similar to Brazilian hair. This hair holds curls extremely well without the use of products. It's generally very dark brown; close to black with some bundles having lighter ends. This hair blends very well with most hair types including African American. It does not swell or frizz in humid conditions making it low maintenance. This hair is amazing - you'll love it!

  We provide this hair in Body Wave, Deep Wave and Curly.
  Lengths from 12 - 30 inches.

• Mongolian Hair?

  From its Asian origin Mongolian virgin hair present a thick/coarse hair shaft, differentiating it from all other forms of virgin hair.
  This form of virgin hair maintains its soft texture, however carries a heavier density.
  For longer styles we would recommend an average of four packs, for shorter styles two to three packs is sufficient.

• Peruvian Hair?

  My personal favorite!
  Peruvian Hair is very rare hair type. It is lite weight, very “feather like” and more silkier than Indian and Brazilian Hair. It blends well with relaxed African American, Caucasian and Hispanic hair. This Peruvian Virgin hair is very versatile and can blend-in quite unnoticed with your own hair.

  We provide this hair in Natural Straight, Loose Wave, Body Wave, and Deep Wave.

• How much hair is in 1 bundle (piece)?

  Bundles are measured in weight, not width.
  Each bundle we sell is guaranteed to weigh between 3.3 to 3.5 ounces (or more) each.
  Each and every bundle is weighed by us prior to shipping to ensure accuracy.
